经过1996/97、2002/03、2003/04等杂交季节的有性杂交利用,获得高产型野生种质云南西双版纳割手密(云割82-114)的优良后代F1、F2、F3。经2005年以SSR分子标记鉴定分析表明:云割82-114的杂交第一代F197-105,杂交第二代F203-71、03-78、03-80,杂交第三代F304-31、04-41、04-48是真杂交后代。为对云割82-114进行系统利用研究,创造“YN”系列高产型种质与亲本提供了一定依据。
After sexual hybridization in hybrids of 1996/97, 2002/03 and 2003/04, F1, F2 and F3 were selected as excellent offspring of high yielding wild germplasm Xishuangbanna, Yunnan Province (82-114). The SSR molecular marker identification analysis in 2005 showed that the first generation F97-7-105, the second generation F203-71,03-78,03-80 and the third generation F304-31,04 -41, 04-48 are true hybrids. In order to provide some evidence for systematic research on cloud cutting 82-114 and creating “YN” high-yielding germplasm series and parents.
