In the practice of running schools, one question has plagued us all the time. Is it possible for an ordinary elementary school principal to have his or her own schooling idea in an ordinary primary school? We know that the idea of running a school is crucial to the development of a school . However, we often feel that the idea of running a school seems to be only the patents of elite schools and elite schools, which are out of reach for ordinary schools and principals. However, after studying the growth experience of many principals, I was deeply inspired and strengthened my confidence that the process of forming a school’s thinking in ordinary elementary schools and principals is a school’s development process.
