局部神经细胞的损伤和功能异常对与其有神经纤维联系的远隔部位有一定影响。作者曾报道大脑中动脉梗死后X-CT显示同侧丘脑逐渐萎缩。本文以10例大脑中动脉支配区梗死患者为研究对象,用MRI行动态观察。摄像条件:T_1加权像(T_1WI)为SE 600/30,SE 350/15;T_2加权像(T_2WI)和质子密度图像(PDWI)为SE 2000/100,SE 2000/25。10例患者均出现脑梗死灶及同侧丘脑信号强度的改变。有7例T_2WI见丘脑外侧部呈低信号,最早出现时间为发病后13d。有6例T_2WI见丘脑内侧部呈高信号,最早出现时间为发
The damage and dysfunction of local nerve cells have an impact on the distant parts of their relationship with the nerve fibers. The authors have reported that X-CT showed a gradual atrophy of the ipsilateral thalamus after middle cerebral artery infarction. In this paper, 10 cases of middle cerebral artery dominated infarction patients as the research object, using MRI dynamic observation.
