复方土牛膝颗粒的水提工艺优选及质量控制方法研究

目的:优选复方土牛膝颗粒的最佳水提工艺,并建立其质量控制方法。方法:采用L9(34)正交试验法对复方土牛膝颗粒水提工艺的影响因素进行考察;以薄层色谱(TLC)法进行定性鉴别。结果:最佳水提工艺为:加8倍量的水,浸泡1h,每次1.5h,煎煮2次。TLC定性鉴别斑点圆整、分离度好、易于区别。结论:优选的提取工艺稳定、可行;鉴别方法简便、灵敏、准确、专属性强,可作为复方土牛膝颗粒的质量控制方法之一。 OBJECTIVE: To optimize the best water extraction process for compound Achyranthes bidentata granules and to establish its quality control method. Methods: The factors influencing on the water extraction process of compound Achyranthes bidentata granules by L9 (34) orthogonal test were investigated. The TLC method was used for qualitative identification. Results: The best water extraction process: plus 8 times the amount of water, soak 1h, each 1.5h, boiling 2 times. TLC qualitative identification spot round, good separation, easy to distinguish. Conclusion: The optimal extraction process is stable and feasible. The identification method is simple, sensitive, accurate and specific. It can be used as one of the quality control methods for compound Tuganiu granules.
