在室内采用半人工饲料饲养林果害虫——光滑足距小蠹[Xylosandrus germanus(Blandford)]越冬代雌成虫的方法,研究了它的代生活史。结果表明,光滑足距小蠹雌成虫只有在坑道内菌层形成后才产卵。在25℃时,接入雌成虫后,最早3 d可见卵,9 d可见幼虫,18 d可见蛹,20 d可见新羽化雌成虫,28 d可见子代雌成虫出孔。自第1头子代雌成虫出孔后的第4~9天为子代雌成虫出孔高峰期,出孔虫数约占后代总数的60%。1日内,子代雌成虫出孔时间为10:00~18:00,高峰期为13:00~14:00,出孔虫数约占全天总出孔数的45%。
A semi-artificial diet was used indoors to feed on the adult pests of the winter pest, Xylosandrus germanus (Blandford), to study its generational life history. The results showed that female adults of O. fuliginea lay eggs only after the formation of bacteria in the tunnel. At 25 ℃, the female adults were seen as early as 3 days after exposure to female adults, larvae were seen on day 9 and pupae were seen on day 18 and new adult female adults were found on day 20 and female adults were found on day 28. From the first progeny on behalf of the female adult hole after the first 4 to 9 days of female offspring offspring peak, the number of foraminifera accounted for 60% of the total number of offspring. Within 1 day, female offspring of the offspring exited the hole at 10: 00-18: 00 and peaked at 13: 00-14: 00. The number of foraminifera accounted for about 45% of the total number of the holes in the day.
