用普通高频电刀进行鼻甲烧灼术治疗慢性鼻炎是传统的治疗方法。1967～1978年我们用此法治疗慢性鼻炎92例,疗效不甚满意。为提高疗效,我科从1979年开始利用普通高频电刀改制为鼻甲烧灼器,现已应用于临床,取得满意效果,报告如下。一、改制方法普通高频电刀的机器部分不变,只对电刀头进行改制。取直形针状电刀头(图1),用电木绝缘套管或牙科自凝塑胶(甲基丙烯酸甲酯)将电刀头
