目的对原子吸收光谱法测定强化食品中锌含量时采用微波消解法处理样品的方法进行探讨。方法用微波消解法和国家标准方法(灰化法)分别对几种强化食品进行消化处理,然后测定锌的含量。结果微波消解法的相对标准偏差为1.3%~2.8%,回收率为94.0%~102.3%。其与灰化法的测定结果相比较差异无统计学意义。结论强化食品微波消解法处理后,用原子吸收光谱法测定,方法简便快速,结果准确可靠。
Objective To investigate the method of microwave digestion in the determination of zinc in fortified food by atomic absorption spectrometry. Methods Microwave digestion method and national standard method (ashing method) were respectively digested by several fortified foods, and then the content of zinc was determined. Results The relative standard deviations of microwave digestion method were 1.3% ~ 2.8% and the recovery rates were 94.0% ~ 102.3%. There was no significant difference between the method and ashing method. Conclusion After microwave digestion of fortified food is processed, the method is simple and rapid with the method of atomic absorption spectrometry. The result is accurate and reliable.
