行业企业在职业教育中重要地位已毋庸置疑。在本次大赛前新闻发布会上,天津教委靳润成主任特别指出,本次大赛一个特点就是行业主导。回顾历届大赛,行业的声音得到了越来越多的尊重,其作用的发挥日益规范化、制度化,且已形成一整套成熟的办法。行业是职业教育的主体之一,其在职业教育中具有天然的重要地位,但是其作用的有效发挥,依赖于人才培养体制机制的保障。近年来,在党中央、国务院指导下,以及教育主管部门的大力推动和相关部门的配合,行业指导在职业教育领域得到切实的落实,可以说这一时期是,近年来,行业企业参与职业教育最好的一个时期,宏观环境前所未有,得天独厚。但是与此同时,行业指导,内外部依然存在诸多制约因素,如,历史原因造成的政府主导强势、行业资深的薄弱,社会对社会组织的偏见等等。这些都成为行业组织在职业教育中确实发挥指导作用的障碍。在肯定以往成绩的同时,我们依然需要反思,应对挑战,从国家制度层面,将政府主导、行业指导、企业参与这一职业教育重要机制落到实处。

It can be said that in this period, in recent years, the enterprises in industries participated in vocational education The best of times, the macro environment unprecedented, blessed. However, at the same time, there are still many internal and external constraints in the industry guidance, such as the government-led strength caused by historical reasons, the industry’s senior weakness, and the social prejudice against social organizations. All of these have become obstacles to the professional organizations that do play a guiding role in vocational education. While affirming past achievements, we still need to reflect on and meet the challenges. From the perspective of the state system, we should implement the important mechanism of government-led, industry guidance and enterprise participation in this vocational education.
