目的观察百奥蚓激酶胶囊联合奥扎格雷钠治疗急性脑梗死临床疗效。方法90例首次发病的脑梗死患者随机分成2组,对照组患者予以奥扎格雷钠80毫克加入生理盐水250毫升静脉点滴,连用14天;治疗组在对照组基础上予以口服百奥蚓激酶胶囊60万单位,每日三次,餐前30分钟口服,疗程14天。两组治疗前后分别检测凝血功能、血液流变学和血浆纤维蛋白原,分别进行神经功能缺损评分和病残程度Barthel分级评分。结果治疗14天后,治疗组各项指标均有改善,与治疗前比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),对照组有部分改善;神经功能缺损评分、病残程度Barthel分级评分两组均有改善,治疗组恢复更加明显,治疗组总有效率93.33%,对照组总有效率75.56%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论蚓激酶胶囊联合奥扎格雷钠治疗急性脑梗死疗效优于单用奥扎格雷钠,蚓激酶治疗急性脑梗死安全有效。 Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Hundred And Lumbuoctokinase combined with ozagrel sodium in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction. Methods Ninety first-episode patients with cerebral infarction were randomly divided into two groups. Patients in the control group were treated with Ozagrel sodium 80 mg intravenously in 250 ml of normal saline for 14 days. The treatment group was given orally with 0.1% 600,000 units, three times daily, 30 minutes before meals, oral treatment, 14 days. Before and after treatment, coagulation, hemorheology and plasma fibrinogen were measured before and after treatment, and neurological deficit score and Barthel score were respectively evaluated. Results After treatment for 14 days, all the indexes of the treatment group improved, with statistical significance (P <0.05) before treatment and partial improvement in the control group. The scores of neurological deficit and Barthel grading were all significantly lower in both groups Improve, the treatment group recovery more obvious, the total effective rate of 93.33% in the treatment group, the control group, the total effective rate was 75.56%, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion The efficacy of Luperoxidase capsule combined with ozagrel sodium in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction is superior to that of ozagrel alone. Lumbrokinase is safe and effective in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction.
