本文从四个方面介绍了哈尔滨铁路局装卸公司绩效考核管理的实践与探索:一是抓住关键要素和环节,准确把握辅业绩效考核管理的内涵和意义;二是明确装卸公司原有绩效考核管理与辅业绩效考核管理的区别;三是结合实际,创新装卸公司辅业绩效考核管理办法;四是强化措施,深入推进装卸公司绩效考核办法的落实。
This paper introduces the practice and exploration of performance appraisal management of handling company of Harbin Railway Bureau from four aspects: First, grasp the key elements and links, accurately grasp the connotation and significance of auxiliary performance appraisal management; secondly, clear the original performance appraisal Management and auxiliary business performance appraisal and management of the difference; third is the combination of reality, innovative handling company auxiliary business performance appraisal and management approach; Fourth, strengthen measures to further promote the loading and unloading company performance appraisal methods.
