一、“N+2”教研模式提出的背景提高教学有效性的重要途径之一就是教学研讨。教师通过对一节课的观察,了解这节课各环节的落实情况,分析利弊,找出得失,从而更好地提高课堂时效性。我校在进行教学研讨中发现,数据观察分析对教学非常有意义。数据观察分析,就是对预设的课堂观察内容进行观察后得到的某些数据进行分析,以便得出有利于指导下一阶段教学的有价值的结论。数据观察分析对教师授课方式的转变和授课内容的确定都有积极的作用。
First, “N +2 ” teaching and research model proposed background One of the important ways to improve the effectiveness of teaching is teaching discussion. Through the observation of a lesson, teachers can understand the implementation of each session of the lesson, analyze the advantages and disadvantages, and find out the gains and losses so as to better improve the timeliness of the lesson. Our school found in teaching seminars, data observation and analysis of teaching is very meaningful. Data observation and analysis is the analysis of some data obtained after observing the default classroom observation so as to draw valuable conclusions that will help guide the next phase of teaching. Data observation and analysis have a positive effect on the change of teachers’ teaching methods and the contents of lectures.
