砂型和造芯的烘干是铸造生产中的一道重要工序。根据生产需要,我厂于1987年建造了一座90M~3室式燃煤干燥窑。在该窑的设计和建造中采用了自动液压炉排推煤机、硅酸铝耐火纤维毡和重力沉降室。两年来的使用情况表明,该窑性能良好,烘干质量可靠,节约能源,环境污染少,烟尘浓度达到国家排放标准。文中介绍了该窑的概况、主要参数的设计计算和使用效果。
Drying of sand and core is an important process in foundry production. According to production needs, I plant in 1987 built a 90M ~ 3-room coal-fired drying kiln. In the design and construction of the kiln, automatic hydraulic grate coal thruster, aluminum silicate refractory fiber mat and gravity settling chamber were adopted. Two years of use shows that the kiln has good performance, reliable drying quality, energy saving, less environmental pollution, smoke and dust concentration to meet the national emission standards. The paper introduced the kiln profile, the main parameters of the design calculation and the use of results.
