按《江西省法定传染病漏报率调查方案》对赣州地区1983～1985年的疫情漏报作了调查。结果表明,居民及医院的漏报率,乡村居民高于城镇居民,分别为71.75%和56.67%;地县市医院高于乡镇医院,分别为31.94%和27.61%。病种漏报率虽逐年下降,但报告平均发病率与估计发病率悬殊较大,分别为272.61/10万和419.92/10万。对漏报原因作了分析,指出应引起各级医疗卫生部门的重视。 According to “Survey Report on Fallacy of Statutory Infectious Diseases in Jiangxi Province”, a survey was conducted on the omission of illnesses in Ganzhou from 1983 to 1985. The results showed that the false negative rate of residents and hospitals was 71.75% and 56.67% higher than that of urban residents respectively. The prefectural and municipal hospitals were 31.94% and 27.61% higher than township hospitals respectively. Although the omission rate of disease declined year by year, the reported average incidence rate and the estimated incidence rate were greatly different, reaching 272.61 / 100000 and 419.92 / 100000 respectively. The reasons for omission were analyzed, pointing out that medical and health departments at all levels should be given due attention.
