本文使用Amp Fl STR YfilerTMPCR试剂盒,对中国广东龙川地区汉族人群211份男性口腔拭子进行17个Y-STR基因座遗传多态性调查。结果 17个Y-STR基因座发现的单倍型均不相同,单倍型多样性值达1.000 0;基因频率分布在0.004 7~0.691 6之间,遗传多样性值在0.471 0~0.920 2之间。本文数据显示,该地区汉族人群17个YSTR基因座多态性分布较好,可为Y染色体亲缘鉴定提供参考数据。
This study investigated the genetic polymorphism of 17 Y-STR loci in 211 male oral swabs in the Han nationality in Longchuan, Guangdong province using the Amp Fl STR Yfiler TMPCR kit. Results The haplotypes of 17 Y-STR loci were different, the haplotype diversity value was 1.000 0, the gene frequency distribution ranged from 0.004 7 to 0.691 6, and the genetic diversity value was 0.471 0 to 0.920 2 between. The data in this paper shows that 17 YSTR loci in the Han population in this area are well distributed and provide reference data for Y chromosome genetic identification.
