In 2007, the top ten ethylene producers in the world ranked two places in the rankings of the company compared with the previous year, and Leonid Basser Industries merged to rank No. 5 Bit. Taiwan Petrochemical Company ethylene plant put into operation after its ranking rose to No. 7.
