本文主要介绍新研制的HXB型行星齿轮减速机的结构及制造工艺 ,并探讨了采用降低轮齿滑动率 ,提高齿面耐磨性和抗胶合能力的变位系数优化问题
In this paper, the structure and manufacturing process of the newly developed HXB planetary gear reducer are introduced. The optimization of the displacement coefficient using the method of reducing the tooth sliding rate, improving the wear resistance of the tooth surface and the anti-gluing capability is also discussed
