目的探讨烫伤大鼠补锌后金属硫蛋白(Metallothionein MT)的变化。方法观察了SD 大鼠在缺锌状态下烫伤,进食缺锌(4μg/g)、低锌(10μg/g)、高锌(80μg/g)三种含锌量不同饲料,其血清锌、肝脏锌、肝 MT 的变化。结果血清锌下降,肝脏锌、肝脏 MT 升高,含锌量越大,血清锌、肝脏锌、肝脏 MT 越高。高锌组最明显,肝脏 MT 高出低锌组9倍(P<0.01)。相关分析表明,肝脏锌与肝 MT 的变化呈正相关(r=0.85,P<0.01)。结论烫伤后血清锌下降肝脏锌增加,与肝脏 MT 合成增多有关;锌是 MT 的诱导剂,促进 MT 的合成。
Objective To investigate the changes of Metallothionein MT in scalded rats after zinc supplementation. Methods SD rats were scalded in zinc deficiency state, and fed on three diets containing zinc deficiency (4μg / g, low zinc (10μg / g) and high zinc (80μg / g) Zinc, liver MT changes. Results Serum zinc decreased, liver zinc, liver MT increased, the greater the zinc content, serum zinc, liver zinc, liver, the higher the MT. The high zinc group was the most obvious, liver MT was 9 times higher than the low zinc group (P <0.01). Correlation analysis showed that there was a positive correlation between liver zinc and liver MT (r = 0.85, P <0.01). Conclusions After scald, serum zinc decreased and liver zinc increased, which was related to the increase of liver MT synthesis. Zinc was an inducer of MT and promoted the synthesis of MT.
