话语伦理学是哲学语用学转向之后的一种普遍主义伦理学,它试图在克服康德的道德哲学缺陷的基础上,通过先验语义学批判,找到达成道德共识的程序,以此来确立现代道德规范的客观有效性。但是,维尔默不满意于这种话语伦理学,而是紧紧抓住话语伦理学的基本前提之一,即真理共识论,展开了对话语伦理学的内在批判。这一批判断定真理共识论不仅会使话语伦理陷入基础主义样式之中,又会使它无法在道德与法律之间做出清楚的区分,因而,话语伦理学依然存在着许多需要进一步解决的问题。
Discourse ethics is a kind of universalism ethics after philosophical pragmatics turned. It tries to find a way to reach a moral consensus through the critique of transcendental semantics on the basis of overcoming the defects of Kant ’s moral philosophy so as to establish the modern Objective and Validity of Ethics. However, Wilmer is not satisfied with this discourse ethics, but one of the basic preconditions of discourse ethics, namely truth consensus theory, embarks on the inherent criticism of discourse ethics. This critique concludes that the consensus of truth not only causes discourse ethics to fall into the category of fundamentalism, but also makes it impossible to make a clear distinction between morality and law. Therefore, there are still many problems in discourse ethics that need to be further resolved .
