基于正交试验的不锈钢冲压模具磨损分析及优化

模具磨损是影响模具使用寿命的重要因素之一,将正交试验法与冲压数值模拟相结合,综合评估了不锈钢冲压模具的模具硬度、摩擦系数和冲压速度对冲压模具磨损的影响,并确定最优影响因素组合。以汽车消音器外壳冲压模具为例,建立了冲压件和模具的计算机辅助工程模型,分别运用正交试验及参数试验方法进行仿真计算方案的设计。通过正交试验分析,获得了各因素对模具磨损的影响按从大到小的顺序依次为模具硬度、摩擦系数、冲压速度;同时,通过极差、方差等分析,发现模具硬度和摩擦系数对模具的磨损有显著影响。由两种试验方法对比发现,正交试验获得的磨损量比参数试验获得的磨损量减少了61.4%,最优参数组合为模具硬度65 HRC、摩擦系数0.08、冲压速度200 mm·s~(-1),该优化组合为减少模具的磨损量提供了一种参考。 Mold wear is one of the important factors that affect the service life of the mold.
