(ICEPT 2015) China - Changsha Conference Announces the 16th International Conference on Electronic Packaging Technology (ICEPT 2015) to be held in Changsha, China from August 11 to 14, 2015. The conference was sponsored by China Institute of Electronics, CIE-EMPT of China Institute of Electronics and undertaken by Central South University. Over the years, ICEPT has received the full support of IEEE-CPMT and the active participation of international industry organizations such as IMAPS and iNEMI.
