In 2000, Taiwan promulgated the “Provisional Outline of National Chinese Curriculum for National Primary and Secondary Schools”. In 2003, it was revised as the “Outline of National Chinese Curriculum for National Primary and Secondary Schools” and was fully implemented in National Primary and Secondary Schools in Taiwan in 2004. Mainland China announced and implemented the “Compulsory Education Language Standard (Experimental Draft)” in 2001, which was revised in 2011. When we compare the writing parts, we can reveal the common understanding of the laws of the Chinese language written by the two places and the requirements for teaching objectives of primary and secondary schools in Taiwan
