叉车配重安装的稳定、可靠及配重与车架和护顶架后支腿间隙的均匀,是考核叉车安全性及外观的重要指标。阐述配重与车架及护顶架后支腿间隙不均匀的原因,并通过现场观察和制作三维图进行运动模拟的方式对其间隙调整进行分析研究,提供不等边梯形配重支板+垫板、直角梯形配重支板+垫板、等腰梯形配重支板+垫板和矩形块配重支板+垫板等4种结构形式的配重支板与配重之间的间隙调整方法,计算分析其运动状况,针对典型结构进行受力分析,比较各种调整方法的利弊。结果表明:矩形配重支板弊大于利,不宜采用。考虑到生产制造成本及实际操作的方便性,推荐采用直角梯形配重支板+垫板的结构形式。
