皮肤切割伤、裂伤,在日常生活和生产劳动中是经常发生的事。目前外科一般均采取清创缝合的处理方法,这就必须具备一定的无菌环境和技术条件。为能使创伤得到及时和适当的处理,避免感染的发生,我所外科实验室采取用蝶形粘膏粘合伤口,外敷刀伤药的方法在临床取得较好疗效,对此做了以下的病理动物实验。一、刀伤药的组成:三七、无名草、儿茶、乳香、没药、白矾、枯矾、松香、龙骨、五倍子、白芨。二、动物选择、模型制作及伤口处理: (一)动物选择:10只体重为2.5~3公斤的健康家兔。 (二)模型制作:于兔的后臂部两侧用7%Na_2S脱毛后,在无菌操作下,分别在左右臂部各做两个切口(每只家兔做4个切口,共40个切口),切口长2公分,直抵深筋膜。 (三)伤口处理:左侧切口清创后,用改
