增殖性疤痕的病理及生化改变前人已阐述,本研究以自体正常皮肤为对照,同步观测39例增殖性疤痕一般组织病理改变、胶原排列、弹性纤维改变,肥大细胞计数、羟脯氨酸、氨基己糖及组织胺含量。结合临床资料,采用显著性检验,多元相关及判别分析等统计方法,分析增殖性疤痕与正常皮肤的差异及各项指标间的相互关系,用数学模式表达各指标对判别增殖性疤痕的贡献率。
Proliferative scar pathology and biochemical changes have been previously described, the study of autologous normal skin as a control, simultaneous observation of 39 cases of proliferative scar general histopathological changes, collagen arrangement, elastic fiber changes, mast cell count, hydroxyproline, Hexose hexamine and histamine content. Combined with clinical data, statistical methods such as significant test, multivariate correlation and discriminant analysis were used to analyze the difference between proliferative and normal skin and the correlation between various indexes. The mathematical model was used to express the contribution rate of each index to discriminate proliferative scar .
