猪繁殖与呼吸障碍综合征（Porcine reproductiveand respiratory syndrome,PRRSV）是由病毒性抗原PRRSV（Porcine reproductive and respiratory syndromevirus）引起的,临床上以猪的呼吸和繁殖障碍为主要特征,如猪妊娠后期流产、死胎、木乃伊胎,哺乳仔猪死亡率升高,肥育猪生长缓慢以及各年龄段猪的呼吸道疾病。
