建立了中药丹参中12种农药多残留量的气相色谱分析方法。样品以丙酮石油醚(体积比为6∶4)混合溶剂提取,固相萃取法(SPE)净化、富集,在SPB 5弹性石英毛细管柱程序升温条件下分离样品,GC-ECD检测丹参中12种农药残留量。该方法的线性范围为0.01~10 mg.L-1,线性相关系数为0.992 2~0.999 7,最低检出限为0.01~0.05 mg.kg-1,加样平均回收率为76.8%~104.0%。
A gas chromatographic method for the determination of 12 residues of traditional Chinese medicine Danshen was established. Samples were extracted with a mixture of acetone and petroleum ether (6: 4 by volume), and purified by solid-phase extraction (SPE). The samples were separated on a SPB 5-based flexible quartz capillary column and analyzed by GC-ECD Pesticide residues. The linear range of the method was 0.01-10 mg.L-1, the linear correlation coefficient was 0.992 2-0.9999 7, the lowest detection limit was 0.01-0.05 mg.kg-1, the average recoveries were 76.8% -104.0% .
