高职思政课运用行动导向教学是培养学生职业核心能力的有效途径。从运用行动导向教学培养职业核心能力必要性入手,探讨思政课行动导向教学的具体实施,提出教师只有转变教学观念、提升教学能力、加强教学研究,才能切实提高思政课教学实效性,培养学生职业核心能力。
The Application of Action Oriented Teaching in Ideological and Political Teaching in Higher Vocational Education is an Effective Way to Cultivate Students’ Core Competencies. This paper starts with the necessity of using action-oriented teaching to cultivate professional core competence, and probes into the concrete implementation of action oriented teaching of ideological and political education. Only when teachers change their teaching conception, improve their teaching ability and strengthen teaching and research, can they effectively improve the effectiveness of ideological and political education and cultivate Student professional core competencies.
