以重庆建筑业1997-2006年的数据为样本,借助于柯布-道格拉斯生产函数和索洛余值法计算出重庆建筑业资本投入、劳动力投入以及科技进步对产出增长的相对贡献率分别是74.2%、24.1%和1.7%;1997-2006年重庆建筑业发展的生产函数模型为:Q=4.627L0.189 K0.682.分析结果说明,重庆建筑业现阶段正处于规模效益递减的发展阶段,仍以劳动和资本投入为主,科技进步推动作用不够明显,其建筑业经济增长质量不容乐观.
Taking the data of construction industry in Chongqing from 1997 to 2006 as samples, the relative contribution rates of capital input, labor input and technological progress to output growth of Chongqing construction industry are calculated by using Cobb-Douglas production function and Solow residual method respectively 74.2%, 24.1% and 1.7% respectively. The production function model of Chongqing’s construction industry from 1997 to 2006 is: Q = 4.627L0.189 K0.682. The analysis shows that the construction industry in Chongqing is at the stage of decreasing scale efficiency Is still dominated by labor and capital investment, and the role of scientific and technological progress is not obvious enough. The quality of its economic growth in the construction industry is not optimistic.
