建立了用1,2-萘醌-4-磺酸钠(NQS)作为显色剂分光光度法测定头孢他啶(ceftazidime)的新方法。在pH13.0缓冲溶液中,NQS能直接与头孢他啶发生亲核取代反应生成红褐色化合物,其最大吸收波长为484 nm。头孢他啶在2.98~127.3 mg/L浓度范围内与吸光度呈良好线性关系,线性回归方程A=0.01765+0.00619ρ(mg/L),相关系数r=0.9987,检出限和RSD分别为0.87 mg/L,1.9%。本法能直接用于注射剂中头孢他啶含量的测定,回收率在98.4%~101.8%。
A new method for the determination of ceftazidime using 1,2-naphthoquinone-4-sulfonic acid sodium (NQS) as chromogenic reagent was established. In pH 13.0 buffer solution, NQS can directly react with ceftazidime to produce a red-brown compound with a maximum absorption wavelength of 484 nm. The linear regression equation was 0.01765 + 0.00619 ρ (mg / L), the correlation coefficient was 0.9987, the detection limit and the RSD were 0.87 mg / L for ceftazidime in the range of 2.98 ~ 127.3 mg / L, , 1.9%. This method can be directly used for the determination of ceftazidime in injection, the recovery rate of 98.4% ~ 101.8%.
