目的制备三七皂苷缓释微球。方法以壳聚糖、丙烯酸树脂为载体材料,采用喷雾干燥法制备三七皂苷缓释微球。以载药量和包封率为指标,采用均匀设计法优化处方。结果所制三七皂苷缓释微球的外观圆整,平均粒径为11.80μm,包封率70.4%,载药量9.1%,在磷酸缓冲液中三七皂苷12 h释放缓慢、平稳,释放均遵循Weibull方程。结论所制三七皂苷缓释微球符合预期,具有很好的缓释效果。
Objective To prepare notoginsenoside sustained-release microspheres. Methods Chitosan and acrylic resin were used as carrier materials to prepare notoginsenoside sustained-release microspheres by spray-drying method. Drug loading and encapsulation efficiency as an indicator, using uniform design optimization prescription. Results The appearance of notoginsenoside-releasing microspheres was round, the average particle size was 11.80μm, the entrapment efficiency was 70.4% and the drug loading was 9.1%. The notoginsenoside released slowly and steadily in phosphate buffer solution All follow the Weibull equation. Conclusion The notoginsenoside sustained-release microspheres was in line with expectation and had good sustained-release effect.
