结核球为一种干酪型病变被纤维组织所包围而成的球形病灶,也可因空洞的引流支气管阻塞,其内为干酪型物质所充填而成,呈圆形或椭圆形。好发于上叶尖后段与下叶背段,多为单发。多发者少见,现报道本院1例经治疗证实的非典型多发肺结核球,并复习文献,以提高对本病的认识。1病例资料 Tuberculoma is a spherical lesion of cheese-type lesions surrounded by fibrous tissue, but also due to hollow drainage bronchial obstruction, which is filled with cheese-type material, was round or oval.
