从人教版高中生物必修3第三章第一节“植物生长素的发现”教学入手,找出该节的重点是生长素的发现过程,难点是科学设计的严谨性分析。为突破该节的教学重难点,可以采用提出问题、作出假设、设计实验、进行实验、分析结果并得出结论的实验探究方法。同时,以探究实验方式进一步拓展学生的能力。
Beginning with the teaching of “Discovery of Auxin” in the first section of Chapter III of PBC 3 in Chapter 3 of the PEP, it is found that the focus of this section is the discovery process of auxin. The difficulty is the rigor of scientific design. In order to break through this section of the teaching of heavy and difficult, you can use to ask questions, make assumptions, design experiments, experiments, analysis of the results and conclusions of the experimental exploration method.
