为了探讨有氧健身操对孝感市中年女性体质的影响,将40名无锻炼及心血管病史中年女性进行试验,观察与测定18周有氧健身操锻炼前后身体形态、心肺功能、体成分和身体素质的变化,结果显示:孝感市中年女性18周锻炼后体重、腰围、臀围显著性下降,胸围变化不显著;静息心率降低,肺功能加强显著;体脂百分比、体脂量、瘦体重显著性下降;握力、坐位体前屈、闭眼单脚站立时间显著性上升,反应时显著性降低。研究提示:长期进行有氧健身操锻炼能使中年女性身体形态变美,心肺功能加强,体成分趋于合理化和身体素质提高。
In order to investigate the effect of aerobics on the physique of middle-aged women in Xiaogan, 40 middle-aged women without exercise and cardiovascular history were tested. The body shape, heart and lung function, body composition before and after aerobic exercise The results showed that the body weight, waist circumference and hip circumference of the middle-aged women in Xiaogan decreased significantly after the exercise for 18 weeks. The chest circumference did not change significantly. The resting heart rate was decreased and the lung function was strengthened. Research suggests: Long-term aerobic aerobics exercise can make the body shape of middle-aged women change the United States, cardiopulmonary function, body composition tends to rationalize and improve physical fitness.
