Objective To explore the impact of individualized nursing on blood pressure and complications in elderly hypertensive patients. Methods Seventy elderly hypertensive patients were divided into control group and individualized nursing group according to different nursing measures, with 35 cases in each group. The control group using routine care, individualized care group to implement individualized care, observation of two groups of patients before and after care of blood pressure. Results Before treatment, the average systolic blood pressure and average diastolic blood pressure had no significant difference (P> 0.05). The mean systolic blood pressure and average diastolic blood pressure after treatment in both groups were significantly lower than those before nursing (P <0.05) The average systolic blood pressure (135.2 ± 6.0) mm Hg (1 mm Hg = 0.133 k Pa) and mean diastolic blood pressure (80.0 ± 5.3) mm Hg in the nursing group were significantly lower than those in the control group (141.7 ± 7.6) mm Hg, (88.4 ± 6.5) mm Hg] (P <0.05). Conclusion Individualized nursing in elderly hypertensive patients, can improve the patient’s blood pressure level is conducive to reduce the incidence of complications, is worthy of clinical application.
