蒜黄味美鲜嫩,是冬春淡季上市的蔬菜佳品。各地多用暖室或地窖进行软化栽培。设施建造成本高,管理技术复杂。近年来我们利用温泉水调控温度进行蒜黄水畦栽培试验获得成功。没有温泉地区采用井水也有相近效果。该法简单易行,不占用耕地(利用沟地、河滩或庭院均可),用工少,效益高。现在山东省沂源县推广面积已近100hm~2,取得了较好的经济效益。现将其技术措施总结如下: 一、水畦的结构与建造水畦可建在温泉水流过的河滩地或距水井较近,排灌方便的沟地、河滩或庭院。畦宽一般2.0~2.5m,长以不超过15m为宜。畦的走向参照沟地、河滩的走向灵活掌握。畦周围用空心砖、石块等砌成宽40cm、高55cm
