对湖北省民营科技企业和湖北省民营科技实业家协会的工作作了简要回顾和展望，就如何大力发展民营科技企业提出了若干意见和建议。
Made a brief review and forecast on the work of private technology enterprises in Hubei Province and private technology industry associations in Hubei Province and put forward some opinions and suggestions on how to develop privately-run science and technology enterprises.
