一、一流设计 一流工程 新落成的浦东新区行政办公中心,位于雄伟壮观的世纪大道端部、杨高路南侧。主楼高22层、地下一层、屋顶二层,前后各有5层的门楼、综合楼、左右各有2幢5层的办公楼为裙房构成建筑群体。外型设计端庄、高雅,与附近的陆家嘴金融区城市建设环境相融合,堪称经典的世纪之作。 大楼的BA系统是以计算机为核心,并带有各种传感器和执行机构对电力、空调、照明、电梯、供排水等设施进行集中检测、分散控制管理,以达到安全、节能、经济和舒适的综合目标。BA系统还与FA系统(自动检测、自动报警、自动喷淋)和SA系统(监视、报警、门禁、车库管理)连成一体,实现信息互联、集散监控。
First, first-class design First-class project The new Pudong New District administrative office center is located at the end of the majestic Century Avenue and south of Yanggao Road.
