针对西部地区乡镇综合文化站图书室在一种离散的管理方式下各自为政、各图书室拥有的资源与信息无法实现共享、群体优势无法得到充分发挥、读者服务也处在一种分割状态。为进一步加强本地区基层文化设施建设,提升西部地区乡镇综合文化站图书室群的总体业务管理和文化服务水平,建立遍布城乡社区较为完善的公共文化服务体系。笔者认为有必要建设乡镇综合文化站图书室区域集群管理系统,形成一个方便、高效的图书室群自动化管理平台,共享文化信息资源。
In the context of a discrete management style, libraries in the township integrated cultural stations in the western regions can not afford to share resources and information they own, and they can not give full play to their advantages in the community. The service of readers is also in a fragmented state. In order to further strengthen the construction of grassroots cultural facilities in the region, enhance the overall business management and cultural service of library groups in township integrated cultural stations in the western region, establish a relatively complete public cultural service system covering urban and rural communities. The author believes it is necessary to build a regional cluster management system for the township comprehensive cultural station library and form a convenient and efficient library group automation management platform to share the cultural information resources.
