The pirarubicin (pirubicin, THP-ADM) is another anthracycline antitumor antibiotic after adriamycin. In 1979, Dr. Mei Zebinfu of the Institute of Microbial Chemistry of Japan discovered [1,2]. From May 1997 to May 1998, we used a domestic combination of pirarubicin (provided by Shenzhen Wanle Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd.) to treat 40 cases of malignant tumors.
