目的 探讨 HLA氨基酸残基配型模式在肾移植配型中的应用价值。方法 分析 771例肾移植患者HL A分型和 HLA氨基酸残基配型模式配型情况。结果 HLA-A、B、DR抗原 0 MM分别为 6.47%、1.97%、3 .94% ,2 MM为 3 9.66%、65 .2 6%、5 8.3 7% ;而 Res M-A、B、DR0 MM分别为 3 0 .80 %、17.3 0 %、14 .3 5 % ,2 MM错配为 11.5 0 %、2 9.2 5 %、3 6.90 %。根据 HL A-A、B、DR6个抗原和 Res M 6个抗原的比较 ,HLA-0 MM、1MM、2 MM、3 MM、4MM、5 MM、6MM分别为 0 .14 %、0 .5 6%、4.2 1%、15 .89%、2 5 .18%、3 4.60 %、19.41% ;而根据 HAL -ResM配型则分别为 1.97%、8.3 0 %、2 0 .96%、3 0 .94%、2 2 .0 8%、12 .94%、2 .81%。结论 HLA氨基酸残基配型模式是一种新的选择肾移植供 -受者的配型的方法
Objective To investigate the application value of HLA amino acid residue matching pattern in the matching of kidney transplantation. Methods A total of 771 renal transplant recipients with HL A typing and HLA amino acid residue matching pattern matching were analyzed. Results The HLA-A, B and DR antigen ODMs were 6.47%, 1.97% and 3.94%, respectively, and the MMs were 3 9.66%, 65.26% and 5 8.37% They were 30.0%, 17.3% and 14.35%, respectively. The mismatches of 2 MM were 11.5 0%, 2 9.25% and 3 6.90% respectively. HLA-0 MM, 1MM, 2 MM, 3 MM, 4MM, 5 MM and 6MM were 0.14% and 0.56% respectively according to the comparison of HL AA, B, DR 6 antigens and Res M 6 antigens. 4.2 1%, 15.89%, 2 5.18%, 3 4.60%, 19.41%, respectively, while those based on HAL-ResM were 1.97%, 8.3 0%, 2.09%, 3.04% , 2 2.08%, 12.94%, 2.81%. Conclusion HLA amino acid residue patterning is a new method to select donor-recipient match for renal transplantation
