欧洲航天局(欧空局,ESA)是欧洲探索太空的门户。30多年来,欧空局研究并制造了欧洲的轨道气象卫星——Meteosat系列地球静止轨道航天器。Meteosat系列气象卫星给欧洲的气象预报员和研究者提供了极大的帮助,它不仅发送高级的数据和图像给地球,还为天气预报以及其他应用程序,如水文、农业、环境研究以及风险防范和灾难等的预警提供关键的信息和图像。
The European Space Agency (ESA) is Europe’s gateway to space exploration. For more than 30 years, ESA has researched and manufactured the orbiting meteorological satellite Europe - the Meteosat series of geostationary orbit spacecraft.
