《九年义务教育全日制小学、初级中学课程计划(试行)》(以下简称“课程计划”)明确规定从小学一年级起开设自然课,提早对学生进行科学启蒙教育,这对于提高学生的科学文化素质是具有重要意义的。在实施课程计划的第一年,必须更加重视抓好小学低年级的自然课,切实按照课程计划和《九年义务教育全日制小学自然教学大纲(试行)》(以下简称“自然大纲”)的基本要求开课和教学。
