目的探讨热碘油栓塞兔肝VX2瘤血液动力学的影响。方法30只载VX2瘤兔,随机分为3组:A组37℃生理盐水,B组37℃碘油,C组60℃热碘油,经股动脉穿刺、兔肝动脉插管灌注或栓塞瘤血管床,1周后多普勒超声观察肿瘤血供及肝动脉、门静脉血流动力学变化,检测结果与治疗前相应血管的多普勒参数行比较。结果与A,B组相比,热碘油灌注栓塞后肝动脉血流速度降低最明显(P<0.01),阻力指数增大(P<0.05),门静脉血流速度及内径无明显变化(P>0.05);治疗后显示热碘油组瘤内及瘤周血流信号均明显减弱,部分消失(P<0.05)。结论热碘油栓塞可更有效地阻断兔肝VX2肿瘤供血,提高疗效。
Objective To investigate the effect of thermal lipiodol embolism on hemodynamics of rabbit hepatic VX2 tumor. Methods Thirty rabbits with VX2 tumor were randomly divided into three groups: group A, 37 ℃ saline, group B, 37 ℃ lipiodol, group C, 60 ℃, lipiodol, femoral artery puncture, rabbit hepatic artery perfusion or embolization Vascular bed, after 1 week of Doppler ultrasound to observe the tumor blood supply and hepatic artery, portal hemodynamic changes, the test results and the corresponding blood vessels before treatment Doppler parameter comparison. Results Compared with group A and group B, hepatic artery blood flow velocity was significantly decreased (P <0.01), resistance index increased (P <0.05), and portal vein velocity and diameter had no significant change (P > 0.05). After treatment, the signal of the intra-tumor and peritumoral blood flow in the thermal lipiodol group was significantly weakened and partially disappeared (P <0.05). Conclusion Thermal oil embolization can block the blood supply of rabbit liver VX2 tumor more effectively and improve the curative effect.
