自1989年以来,我们用自制的除癣酊临床治疗各类癣症154例,收效满意,现介绍如下。一、处方蜈蚣40条,斑蝥15g,白花蛇50g,土槿皮150g,苦参150g,蛇床子60g,冰片20g,水杨酸40g,二甲基亚砜200ml。二、制备将蜈蚣、斑蝥、白花蛇、土槿皮、苦参分别粉碎过40目筛,然后连同蛇床子一起按渗漉法用75%乙醇作溶媒,浸渍48小时。后以每分钟1～2ml的速度缓慢渗漉,共收集漉液700ml,备用。
Since 1989, we have treated 154 cases of various types of snoring with self-made tinea cruris and achieved satisfactory results. We now introduce them as follows. First, 40 prescriptions, 15 g of spotted turtles, 50 g of white snakes, 150 g of Smilax chinense, 150 g of Sophora flavescens, 60 g of Cnidium monnieri, 20 g of borneol, 40 g of salicylic acid and 200 ml of dimethyl sulfoxide. Second, the preparation of the cockroach, cantharidin, white snake, soil cicada skin, Sophora flavescens crushed 40 mesh sieve, and then together with the Cnidium osmotic method with 75% ethanol as a solvent, maceration 48 hours. After a slow percolation of 1 to 2 ml per minute, a total of 700 ml of sputum was collected for use.
