施工过程中的现浇混凝土结构及多层模板支撑体系是一种时变结构,了解其受力性能对保障施工期的结构安全意义重大。结合某实际工程,对该时变结构体系中的楼板内力、支撑体系的立杆轴力及楼板相对位移进行现场实测,得到该时变结构主要组成部分的受力特性随时间变化曲线。测试结果反映出混凝土结构及模板支撑体系具有时变特性。实测获得了支撑体系的荷载传递规律以及混凝土结构楼板与支撑体系共同承担荷载、互相分配荷载的关系。采用有限元软件建立了多层现浇结构与模板支撑体系的有限元模型,以低龄期特定时间节点的混凝土弹性模量和最不利的施工工况为变量分析结构在施工期的受力特性,将模型计算值与现场实测值进行对比,发现:结构体系的荷载变化规律具有一致性,数值亦相近。
The cast-in-place concrete structure and the multi-layer formwork support system during construction are a kind of time-varying structure. It is of great significance to understand the mechanical properties of the structure to ensure the structural safety during construction. Combined with a practical project, the internal force of the floor, the axial force of the supporting system and the relative displacement of the floor in the time-varying structural system are measured on site, and the stress-strain curves of the main components of the time-varying structure with time are obtained. The test results show that the concrete structure and the template support system have time-varying characteristics. The load transfer law of the support system and the relationship between the load and the load of the concrete floor and the support system were obtained. The finite element model of multi-layer cast-in-place structure and formwork support system was established by using finite element software. With the concrete elastic modulus and the most unfavorable construction condition at low age, Comparing the calculated value of the model with the measured value of the field, it is found that the load of the structural system is consistent and the values are similar.
