自1979年至1983年我们共收治痢特灵致中毒性多发性神经炎23例,现分析如下:均以感觉障碍为首发症状。对称性四肢远端麻木,其中9例有蚁走感,3例感觉过敏,2例触电感,1例烧灼感。运动障碍明显者16例,表现为无力,不能负重、蹬车,走路不稳;3例梳头困难,不能持筷端物。全部病例自肘、膝以下痛触觉减退,其中12例腕与踝关节以下痛触觉完全丧失,5例深感觉障碍,昂白氏征阳性。肌力下降4～5度及不足4度者15例;6例鱼际肌、蚓状肌萎
From 1979 to 1983, we received a total of 23 cases of furazolidone-induced toxic polyneuritis, are analyzed as follows: are sensory disorders as the first symptom.
