为了解我市食品及公共场所从业人员的乙肝病毒携带状况,为乙肝的防治提供依据,现将我市1992~1996年食品及公共场所从业人员的体检资料整理分析,报告如下:1 材料与方法1.1 资料来源 资料来源于1992~1996年辖区内的食品及公共场所从业人员的体检资料.1.2 方法 对受检者采静脉血进行HBsAg和ALT的检测,HBsAg阳性者再作乙肝两对半的检查.HBsAg和HBeAg用酶联免疫吸附法检测,ALT用赖氏法检测.
