目的探讨血清胱抑素C(Cys-C)在糖尿病肾病中的应用价值。方法采用颗粒增强免疫比浊法检测50例糖尿病肾病患者和50例健康人血清Cys-C浓度,同时检测血清β2-微球蛋白(β2-MG)、尿素(Sur)和肌酐(Scr)浓度并与之比较。结果糖尿病肾病组血清Cys-C、β2-MG、Sur和Scr结果分别为(2.12±0.85)mg/L、(5.74±2.29)mg/L、(14.01±6.20)μmol/L和(165.50±24.60)μmol/L;健康对照组血清Cys-C、β2-MG、Sur和Scr结果分别为(0.79±0.13)mg/L、(1.93±0.79)mg/L、(4.32±1.30)μmol/L和(78.53±15.43)μmol/L。糖尿病肾病组血清Cys-C、β2-MG、Sur和Scr水平均明显高于健康对照组(P均<0.01);糖尿病肾病组血清Cys-C阳性率为84.0%,明显高于β2-MG(60.0%)、Sur(56.0%)和Scr(52.0%)的阳性率(P均<0.01)。结论糖尿病肾病患者血清Cys-C、β2-MG、Sur和Scr水平明显高于健康人;Cys-C阳性率明显高于β2-MG、Sur、Scr 3项指标的阳性率,提示Cys-C在糖尿病肾病检测中具有较好的敏感性,在糖尿病肾病的早期诊断方面更具优势。
Objective To investigate the value of serum cystatin C (Cys-C) in diabetic nephropathy. Methods Serum concentrations of Cys-C in 50 patients with diabetic nephropathy and 50 healthy people were determined by particle-enhanced immunoturbidimetry. Serum levels of β2-MG, Sur and creatinine were measured simultaneously Compared with it. Results The serum levels of Cys-C, β2-MG, Sur and Scr in diabetic nephropathy group were (2.12 ± 0.85) mg / L, (5.74 ± 2.29) mg / L and (14.01 ± 6.20) μmol / L and (165.50 ± 24.60 ) μmol / L, respectively. The results of serum Cys-C, β2-MG, Sur and Scr in the healthy control group were (0.79 ± 0.13) mg / L, (1.93 ± 0.79) mg / L and (4.32 ± 1.30) μmol / (78.53 ± 15.43) μmol / L. The levels of serum Cys-C, β2-MG, Sur and Scr in diabetic nephropathy group were significantly higher than those in healthy control group (all P <0.01). The positive rate of Cys-C in diabetic nephropathy group was 84.0% 60.0%), Sur (56.0%) and Scr (52.0%) (all P <0.01). Conclusion The serum levels of Cys-C, β2-MG, Sur and Scr in patients with diabetic nephropathy were significantly higher than those in healthy people. The positive rate of Cys-C was significantly higher than that of β2-MG, Sur and Scr Diabetic nephropathy in the detection of better sensitivity, in the early diagnosis of diabetic nephropathy more advantages.
