在当前公示语翻译错误中,旅游景点存在的各类标识译文错误可谓是最为严重的,不但错误种类多,而且差错的程度也非常严重,有些错误甚至荒唐到了难以置信的地步。在对外开放不断深入,外国游客纷至沓来的情况下,我国的一些著名旅游景点接待的外国游客也日趋频繁。显而易见,大量粗制滥造的公示语翻译不但无法实现预期中的信息导向作用,而且也有损于一个地区乃至我国的文明形象和国际化水平。本文结合实例,对江苏天目湖旅游度假区的一些标识译文错误进行了分析。
Among the mistakes in the current public signs translation, the most serious mistakes in translation of all kinds of sign signs in tourist attractions include not only many kinds of mistakes but also very serious mistakes. Some mistakes are even ridiculous to incredible proportions. With the deepening of opening up to the outside world and the influx of foreign tourists, foreign tourists receiving some famous tourist attractions in our country have also become more frequent. Obviously, a large number of cursory translations of public signs not only fail to achieve the anticipated information-oriented effect, but also detract from the image of civilization and internationalization in one region and even in our country. In this paper, examples are given to analyze the errors in some logo translations in the tourist resorts in Tianmu Lake, Jiangsu Province.
