职工群众是工厂的细胞,密切联系职工群众是推进工厂发展和稳定的根本保证。然而,随着社会的转型、工厂的发展,新常态下各种利益关系的调整不断深化,冲突和矛盾也日益增多,党群关系存在许多新情况、新问题。一直以来,西南油气田公司川西北气矿天然气净化厂十分重视密切党群关系,在长期的实践工作中,总结出了“三一三同”密切党群关系工作方法。本文从“三一三同”密切党群关系工作方法产生的背景入手,系统阐述了“三一三同”密切党群关系工作方法的主要内容及取得的实际效果。
The workers and the masses are the cells of the factory. Closely contacting the masses of workers is the fundamental guarantee for the development and stability of the factory. However, with the social transformation and the development of factories, the adjustment of various interest relations in the new normal has been deepening with increasing conflicts and contradictions. There have been many new situations and problems in the party-masses relations. For a long time, the natural gas purification plant of Northwest Gas Field in Northwest Sichuan Gasfield Company has attached great importance to the close relationship between the party and the masses. In the long-term practice, it has summed up the “three one and three” working methods of close party-to-party relations. This article begins with the background of the close working relationship between the party and the masses on the principle of “three hundred and three” and systematically expounds the main contents and practical effects of the working method of “the three one and three together” in the party-masses relations.
